2020 Competition
The Department published the Notice Inviting Applications (NIA) for a competition for new awards on February 13, 2020. The deadline for applications is March 30, 2020.

Eligibility
Who May Apply: (by category) Nonprofit Organizations, Other Organizations and/or Agencies
Who May Apply: (specifically)
- An education entity of the District of Columbia government
- A nonprofit organization; or
- A consortium of nonprofit organizations may apply.
Note: To receive an award under this program, an applicant must ensure that a majority of the members of its voting board or governing organization are residents of the District of Columbia.
